On the palate, it is medium-bodied and well-balanced, offering long, soft flavours of mango, paw paw, and banana passion fruit. This versatile wine pairs effortlessly with a wide range of dishes and appetizers. asparagus, all nicely balanced by savoury notes and a fresh crisp cleansing acid spine, which provides tightness to the finish, whilst the fruit remains delicate and lingering.
