Made with both Gordo Muscat (70%) and Black Muscat (30%) grapes from Swan Hill, Victoria. Harvested in the cool of night from late February to late March, at favourable baume levels ranging between 10.5 to 11.5.

A vivid watermelon color, the result of Black Muscat grapes, exudes from the glass. Aromas of cotton candy, black currants, Turkish delight, and mandarin rind are expressed. Flavors of wild strawberries, violets, and honeycomb delight the taste buds, with balanced sweetness. Apple tart tatin, fresh strawberry crepes, and soft blue cheeses pair nicely. Additionally, this Moscato makes delicious sorbet and Turkish Delight.
