Wines with the Premier Cru label express more intensity. They can be more fruity, more powerful or more mineral-intense depending on where the grapes come from. They require a longer aging period to fully express their balance, length, intensity and complexity.
An elegant appearance echoed by a delicate nose of hazelnut, exotic fruits and white peach. There is also a hint of acacia honey. The mouth is in tune: creamy and coated, supported by a nice freshness. A fine woodiness nicely underlines the fruit. Ideal with fish, sushi, seafood or creamy chicken dishes.
100% Malolactic fermentation with 40% oak aged for 9 months.
