Same great wine, new label and name. The Evans & Tate Classic Semillon Sauvignon Blanc (formerly the Classic White) is refreshing with an intense palate, good structure and excellent balance. All the great hallmarks of a classic Australian white.
Winemaker Notes
Colour:
Very pale straw with a vibrant green rim.
Aroma:
Elements of nectarine, lemon grass, snow pea, lime, and freshly cut grass impact the nose - classic Semillon Sauvignon Blanc characters from Margaret River. A touch of dried herbs distinct to our Classic White style adds a further dimension.
Palate:
The palate is long and dry with a lovely juiciness from the Semillon imparting intense front palate fruit flavour whilst the Sauvignon and Chenin Blanc contribute length and tightness to the overall blend.
