Adelina Polish Hill River Riesling is a bone-dry, finely structured white wine that reflects both precision winemaking and the unique character of its high-altitude Clare Valley site. Compared to more generous styles like Watervale, this release is tighter and more restrained, showing a beautifully focused expression of citrus, minerality, and natural acidity. Aromas of lime skin, jasmine, and wet stone lead into a crisp, linear palate with a striking crystalline edge.
Sourced from the Polish Hill River Estate vineyard, planted in 2000 at 460 metres elevation on shale and limestone soils, this Riesling is all about purity and tension.
