The vines grow in the communes of Chavanay and are known as "Vignes d'à côté" since they are mostly located next to the designated appellation area.
This wine is a unique blend from a single vineyard plot. The grapes are carefully harvested at full maturity and sorted by hand. The use of native yeasts for alcoholic fermentation, followed by malolactic fermentation in barrels and large casks with precise temperature control, results in a full-bodied and indulgent wine.
Its classic viognier aromas of ripe yellow fruits and delicate violet notes are balanced by a juicy and refreshing palate with a pleasantly acidic finish. Enjoy this wine young, within the next 3-4 years.
