Don Julio 1942 Tequila
In 1942, Don Julio González with 17 years, began to perfect the art of producing tequila. From cultivation from agave to the final product, Don Julio fine tuned the complicated process, thus producing; one of the most exquisite tequilas from Mexico.
The process begins by manually selecting the plants at their point of maturity. Afterwards, the agave is slowly baked for 72 hours in traditional clay ovens, finally distilled twice in a special still. This exceptional tequila is made from
finest agaves and is aged until it reaches the levels of taste and extraordinary character that identifies it.
