Gin infused with Shiraz grapes? Absolutely brilliant. This daring experiment using our original Rare Dry Gin soaked with locally grown, cool climate Shiraz grapes has gained a devoted following.

The perfect blend of sweet fruit and classic gin flavors. On the palate, expect notes of dark fruit, red berries, and warm spices. The white pepper kick of Yarra Shiraz adds a lovely touch to the overall gin character.

With an ABV of 37.8%, this gin is bolder than the usual Sloe Gin with less than 30% alcohol. It's perfect in a variety of cocktails and its unfiltered nature allows for secondary fruit notes to develop over time, best consumed within two years of vintage.
