Situated in Bas-Armagnac, vineyards are composed of Colombard, Ugni Blanc, and Folle Blanche grape varieties. Their beloved Sier Armagnac alambics distill less than 30 liters of eau-de-vie an hour. Barrel-aged and bottled in 2018, it exhibits seven mystical notes of nut, peach, violet, lime, vanilla, plum, and pepper.
