Winemaker Notes
The colour is dark red with youthful ruby hues.
With time in the glass, the aroma offers many dif- ferent and complex characters, initial creamy vanilla and raspberry notes evolve through spice, pepper, liquorice and plum.
The palate displays fresh fruits and a silky texture with very fine tannins. Toasted smoky oak, well bal- anced acid and concentrated fruit flavours provide a great structure to this wine. Youthful and vibrant, the complexities that only bottle age can bring are just beginning to develop. Although drinking well now, the rewards of cellaring will add new dimen- sions to the enjoyment of this wine.
