Transforming Elderton in 1982 from a vineyard supplying fruit to other wineries to a wine-maker in its own right, the winery has since won the admiration of many, especially for its Barossa Shiraz - now a sought-after collectible across the globe - and has become a benchmark of the region. Style: this full-bodied, rich, and classic drop has a vibrant purple hue, aromas of black forest berries, cocoa, and vanilla, and a flavour of plums, chocolate, and spice.
