Sourced exclusively from the Lovedale vineyard, Elizabeth has been quintessential Hunter Valley Semillon since the early days. Aged for 5 years before release the wine is released in its optimal drinking window.
This wine is majestic, elegant, and poised; with potential to age for years to come. Aromas of citrus, hay, and vanilla interweave, creating a complex bouquet. The taste is of lemon and limes, with a light, bright texture and clean acidity. On the palate, the finish is fresh, dry, and smooth.
