Organic Sauvignon Blanc and Marsanne with skin contact. The fermentation process began while the grapes were still whole. After 2 weeks, the carbonic maceration was complete and the fruit was carefully pressed into stainless steel tanks. Lees were added every two weeks for 4 months to enhance the texture. The wine was then filtered through rock before bottling. It has a cloudy straw color with tropical fruit, ginger, and marmalade aromas. The palate offers juicy pineapple and ginger flavors with a long, soft aftertaste and gentle white tannins. Pair with curry, game, or darker fish.
