Nugan Estate Frasca's Lane Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2017

This Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from Nugan's Frasca’s Lane Vineyard in Victoria’s cool climate King Valley. After picking, the grapes were gently pressed and underwent slow, cool fermentation to preserve the delicate fruit flavours famous from this cool climate region. Fermentation was conducted in stainless steel tanks, with a small portion drained off into seasoned barrels. Once dry, the wine was allowed to mature prior to final blending and bottling.
