Pale gold Sancerre with vibrant citrus and stone fruit aromatics—orange peel, white peach, and pear—layered with delicate honey and peppermint notes. The palate delivers crisp acidity balanced by summer fruit flavors, exotic fruit hints, and a subtle almond character. Minerally finish with lingering ripe lemon. Elegant and complex.
Baron Patrick de Ladoucette produces this wine. The growing area is the Sancerre Controlled Appellation area, which includes the villages of Bué, Chaudoux, Chavignol and Verdigny. Vines are aged from 25 to 35 years. The soil is a combination of clay, limestone and silica.
