Domaine de Cala Rose 2023
A blend of 60% Cinsault, 30% Grenache Noir, 8% Syrah and 2% Rolle grapes form this pale-hued rosé, with tangerine, spice, redcurrant, delightful peach, strawberry, raspberry and infusion of musk on the nose.
On the palate, it is crisp and crunchy, with a bright tang of citrus fruits, powdery texture, and a rosehip and pomegranate finish of good length. This wine finishes dry with brisk acidity and an aftertaste of slippery wet stone. Enjoy it over the next year, best served very cold or cool. Drink 2023-2026.
