Collector Shoreline Sangiovese Rosé is a pale copper-pink wine with delicate floral and spice notes. Fresh aromas of mandarin and cherry lead to a crisp palate with bright acidity and redcurrant flavours. Equally enjoyable as an aperitif or paired with antipasti and light fare.
Sangiovese is grown at Tumblong (Gundagai) (ironstone-rich red
loam) and Murrumbateman (Canberra District) (granite & red
loam over shale). Mammolo, a lightly coloured, fragrant, musklike grape accompanies Sangiovese in this wine.
