This shiraz boasts a luxurious and lavish profile, created without incorporating pressings. Our approach preserves the natural character and ease of the fruit, while maintaining its full power and intensity. Remarkably, despite slightly more oak, the fruit's concentrated intensity effortlessly complements it. The result is a balanced and textured mouth-feel with a subtle mineral undertone.
Fermented with 25% whole bunches; matured in French puncheons for seven months (35% new), then transferred to Austrian and French foudre for 12 months.
