The winemaking technique of minimal intervention is utilized by Andrew, resulting in wines that achieve a harmonious blend of strength and refinement. The distinctive characteristics of Hentley Farm wines include lively and smooth tannins, as well as bold flavors. On the nose, expect notes of liquorice and dark fruits, while the palate reveals dominant flavors of liquorice and black raspberry, accompanied by subtle hints of dark plum and spicy pepper.
