This wine boasts a ruby red color with subtle purple undertones, characteristic of its low color intensity. The nose reveals prominent notes of red berries, morello cherry, and black cherry. On the palate, the wine is defined by well-balanced tannins and a rich, full-bodied flavor with a lingering finish. Made primarily with Nerello Mascalese grapes, with a small addition of Nerello Cappuccio, the wine is aged for approximately 6 months in large wooden barrels followed by 3 months in bottle.
