Tomfoolery wines are made using old world simplicity and hand-picked fruit from selected vineyards. After fermentation, the wine is gently basket pressed and matured for 12 months in seasoned French oak, resulting in a vibrant ruby color and characteristic cherry aromas with a touch of dried herbs. On the palate, it delivers a burst of red cherry fruit, balanced by fine acidity and a rich texture, and finished off with grainy tannins.
