Estate-grown from the single vineyard of Derwent Valley, this 100% Certified Biodynamic Pinot Noir is crafted for aging. Its geology is composed of a mix of two terroirs: grey gravelly loams over clay and red loam over gravel. With abundant tannin and acidity, plus a concentration of fruit notes, it reveals dense aromatic layers and a robust yet balanced palate. The wine's complexity and structure will continue to evolve with cellaring, making it an excellent choice for 10+ years of aging.
