The Pirramimma Reserve Shiraz is made from selected parcels of grapes harvested from 30 year old vines. This wine has the structure and breeding to continue to develop for many years with appropriate cellaring. Beautiful stuff!
Winemaker Notes
The wine displays aromas of black plum, spice, bramble, infused with pepper and mocha. The intense palate delivers spicy blackberry, licorice, and loganberries enhanced with cracked peppercorn and hints of cedar. This rich, powerful Shiraz is balanced by firm tannins and well integrated toasted oak,
finishing with great length.
