Since 1908 the family has been involved in the promotion of Italian wines, innovating the local tradition. Here they have selected a red Toscana wich is then produced with the traditional wine-making practice of the slow fermentation of the fresh drawn-off wine together with the grapes sightly dried to give a softer and more modern taste.
