Marchand & Burch Bourgogne Pinot Noir provides a complex and multi-faceted flavor experience, with pleasing notes of dark cherry, red currant, beetroot, and rose hip tea, as well as savory elements such as toasted nuts, roasted game, and damp earth. The palate is further enhanced by fine-grained tannins, and a tart blood orange acidity that creates a creamy, viscous texture. Enjoy the ripe, dark fruits, hints of charry oak, and cocoa powder.
