This wine uses reserved selected parcels of grapes grown in the Limestone Coast region in South Australia. There, the warm days and cool nights allow for optimal development of intense flavour and complexity. An ideal accompaniment to braised lamb shanks, eye-fillet of beef or hard cheeses.
