Life is more interesting on the Fringe. A juicy, fruit-forward Gamay from South West France, bursting with ripe plum, blackberry and red berry flavours layered with hints of warm spice. Gentle extraction and careful fermentation preserve the variety’s bright fruit character, while lively acidity keeps the palate fresh and energetic. Softer and more approachable than many heavier reds, it’s a great choice for lovers of Pinot Noir, Grenache or Beaujolais. Serve slightly chilled alongside charcuterie, roast chicken, grilled pork or pizza.
