An excellent Italian Toscana Sangiovese and a classic wine for all courses. Perfectly matched with meat-sauced pasta; light-meat stews, such as rabbit alla cacciatora; and grilled pork sausages.

The mouth is stunningly soft and rounded, and supple, well-integrated tannins help make Pater an approachable, easily enjoyable wine. A lean, lengthy finish leaves the palate clean and dry.
