Shiraz from Mount Lofty in South Australia contributes Shiraz adds juicy complexity and the Heathcote Shiraz subtle sweet fruit, whilst Gundagai provides a structural backbone. This is a deep, complex Shiraz with aromas of forest fruits, black cherry and blueberry over toasted oak with a soft yet generous palate and flavours of plum, blackberry, vanilla bean and THE BLACK SHIRAZ.
