Little Reddie combines Nebbiolo’s floral perfume and firm structure with the darker fruit and savoury edge of Refosco, creating a red that feels both playful and seriously food-friendly. Think sour cherry, wild strawberry and blood orange layered with dried herbs, rose petals and a subtle amaro-like bitterness on the finish.
This sort of bottle works brilliantly with charcuterie, tomato-based foods, roast mushrooms and antipasti.
