A certified organic blend of Grenache (60%) and Mourvèdre (40%) from Central Victoria, this red is light on its feet but full of personality. Wild-fermented with a mix of whole bunch and destemmed fruit, then raiased in cement, steel and old oak, it delivers juicy red cranberry and dark cherry, a flick of black pepper and a gentle spicy edge. Chill it lightly and enjoy a wine that's fun, casual and a little bit naughty. A true modern Australian Grencahe-Mourvèdre.
