This Grenache undergoes destemming, crushing, and fermentation in 1800L concrete amphora. After about 150 days on the skins, the wine is pressed and returned to the amphora for a total of 15 months. With heightened tannins and savory notes, this wine's bright and lively character makes it more appealing at an earlier stage, while still showcasing firm tannins and lively acidity. On the nose, notes of raspberry, pomegranate, red currant, rosehip, musk, anise, and dried orange peel are impeccably structured, while the palate is wrapped in a delicate web.
