Exceptional red fruited freshness and purity define this outstanding Vine Vale Grenache. Wild fermented across three blocks with 30% whole bunch fruit, it delivers vibrant aromas of fresh strawberry and rose petal, layered with Mediterranean herbs, grenadine, and white pepper.
On the palate, redcurrant and cranberry flavours are wrapped in fine, talc-like tannins with a distinct mineral edge that carries through to the finish. Balanced winemaking and sensitive vineyard work create a composed, expressive wine with remarkable persistence and structure.
