Made from 100% Muscat of Spina, one of Crete’s rare indigenous grape varieties, this vibrant white is sourced from high-altitude vineyards perched 750–850 metres above sea level in the island’s rugged White Mountains. The cooler climate and limestone-rich soils bring freshness, precision and a distinctive mineral edge to this expressive Mediterranean wine.
Lifted aromas of white blossom, lime zest and juicy peach are joined by hints of bergamot and wild herbs, leading into a bright, zesty palate with crisp acidity, subtle fruit sweetness and a long, saline finish. Fresh, aromatic and effortlessly drinkable, it’s a natural match for grilled seafood, fresh oysters, Greek salads, soft goat’s cheese or lemon-roasted chicken. While beautifully vibrant in its youth, it will continue to develop added complexity over the next 3–5 years in the cellar.
