Petersons Botrytis Semillon is a premium Australian dessert wine from the Riverina region, crafted from Semillon grapes affected by noble rot (Botrytis), which concentrates natural sugars and intensifies flavour. This elegant sweet wine shows a pale golden straw colour with enticing aromas of toffee, citrus marmalade and tropical fruits, followed by a rich, luscious palate of honey, ripe citrus and golden syrup with hints of passion fruit and a fresh, cleansing finish. Perfect chilled as a dessert wine, it pairs beautifully with blue cheese, crème brûlée, lemon meringue pie or panna cotta.
