This hoppy red ale pays homage to the hinterland village, once known as Jasper, and reflects the volcanic soil of the Northern Rivers.
The tropical fruit aromas come from the generous additions of Galaxy, Enigma and Mosaic hops. These are balanced with a smooth and velvety mouthfeel from the roasted malts that give hints of caramel, toffee and hazelnut.
