The Tomfoolery 'Black & Blue' Shiraz hails from a select premium vineyard in Ebenezer, the northern heart of the Barossa Valley. Cultivated by fifth-generation grower Adrian Hoffmann, this site's sandy loam and heavy red clay soils deliver controlled water access, allowing vines to produce exceptional fruit.
Colour: Deep black and blue. Aroma: Bold and expressive—plum pudding, liquorice, and caraway seeds layered beneath bramble jam.
Palate: Full-bodied and rich, with ripe plum and bacon smoke. Fresh acidity and firm tannins provide structure and grip on the finish.
