Adolo Ouzo by Plomari
Ouzo is Greece's most iconic spirit. It is a smooth, anise-flavoured drink that's been enjoyed for generations alongside good food and great company. Adolo takes that tradition and turns it up a notch. It's distilled three times (most spirits are only distilled once or twice), using a copper still that's been in use since 1911, fired slowly over olive wood for 13 hours. That extra care makes it noticeably smoother and more refined than your average ouzo.
New to ouzo? Try it chilled with a splash of cold water — it turns a beautiful milky white and softens into something really easy to sip. Already a fan? You'll immediately notice the difference. Either way, this is a bottle worth having.
